Extrusion line — sleeve production

Stage 1

Mono-layer Extrusion

Production of sleeves, single-layer and double-layer films for further processing into bags, sheets, cover films and cut pieces.

Co-extruder — three-layer film

Stage 2

Multi-layer Extrusion

Three-layer extrusion of shrink films, coextruded sleeves and technical films with precise material dosing — enabling thickness reduction while maintaining strength, transparency, gloss, sealing and shrink performance.

Converting line — finished bags

Stage 3

Converting & Bag Making

Films and sleeves converted into ready-made bags, sacks with folds and sheets. Supplied cut, packed or on rolls.

Flexo press — 6 colours

Stage 4

Flexo Printing

Flexo printing up to 6 colours with maximum print width up to 1250mm for branded bags, films and packaging for automatic lines.
